E-2 is recommended for use in food processing plants and restaurants by personal prior to handling food and/or food processing equipment. E-2'S formulation effectively reduces bacterial flora of the skin. hands need not be washed prior to using this product. For one step hand washing and sanitizing, place approximately 5 cc in palm of hand, add 15 cc of water, lather and wash in normal manner. After use hands must be thoroughly rinsed with potable water. Repeat whenever re-entering production area. This product must be dispensed from an adequate dispenser located a sufficient distance from the processing line to prevent accidental production contamination.
